WHEREAS, the Ci�y of Saint Paul, pursuant to Resolution,
Council File No. 251144, entered into an agreement to purchase
Lots 29 and 30 in Block 6 in Como Prospect Addition fo= the
Loeb Lake Development, and pursuant to said agreement, the
City agreed to pay all real estate taxes which shall become
due and payable in the year 1971; and
WFiEREAS, the taxes payable in the year 1971 are in the
amount of $200.04; now, therefore, be it
R$SOLVSD, That pursuant to said Purchase Agreement between
the City of Saint Paul and C1ara Maude Carter, Sylvester G. Carter,
Franklin T. Carter, and �Tright Ratcliff, and upon receipt of deeds
of conveyance to the City of Saint Paul of Lots 29 and 30 in Block
6 in Como Prospect Addition, in form approved by the Corporation
Counsel, the City Comptroller is hereby authorized and directed
to make payment for the said real estate taxes due and payable in
the year 1971 in the amount of $200.04, said payment to be made from
P.I.R. Fund 6000-502, L 7234 (Loeb Lake Development - C.I.B.) .
