WHEREAS, exaQninations for the pos3.tiona of
"Landscape Architect T" and "I,andscape Architect II"
are being scheduled, and
WHEREAS, investigation makes it evident that
sufficient eligible lists cannot be obtained �roen
among the residents of the Ci�y, and
WI�RTAS, it is deeaned in �he best interests of
the City to extend coonpetition to persons living
outside of the City; now therefore, be it
1�80LVED, that the residenc� requiretnents for
admission to the examinations as provided in Section 10 D
of the Civil Service Ru1es are hereby waived for the
first ex�ninations for "Landscape Architect I" and
"Landacape Architect II" to be held followin� the
passage of this resolution.
