WHEREAS, Ordinance T1o. 3250 authoriZes and provi.des
for payment �� overtime work� and
UIHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Utilities has
authorized overtime work in his depart�nt during the period
from January 23� 1971 through February 5� 1971; therefore,
be it
RESOLV�D, that the proper City Officers are hereby
authorized to pay the employees �rho performed such overtime
work in accordance with the provisions of Ordi.nances No. 6,4l�.6
and No. 325�.
