PAUL COUNCIL �O. 2�2�16 y OFFICE OF THE ITY CLERK FILE COUNCIL RESOL TIO GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONE ATF WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon the recommendation of the Committee on Lands and letter of the Commissioner of Public Safety, by its Resolutions, Council File Nos. 251343 and 251345, approved December l, 1970, directed the sale of Fire Station No. 3 and Fire Station No. 24; and WHEREAS, the Purchasing Agent reports that auction sale of the two fire stations owned by the City of Saint Paul was duly held at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on�'hu=sc�ay, January 28, 197Z; and WHEREAS, the high bidder for Fire Station No. 3 was Kraus- Anderson of St. Paul Co. , which bid was in the amount of $22,100.00, and the successful bidder for Fire 5tation No. 24 was Gregory W.
