COMMISSIONE
WHEREAS, The Broadway Pumping Station is in need of major repair
and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Department of Public Works to modify
the station to eliminate the need for occasional sewage bypassing, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has had plans and specifications
prepared for the modification of the Broadway Pum�ing Station, and
WHEREAS, the cost of the Broadway Pumping Station modification shalt
be charged to P, I .R, Fund Code 6000 and this fund to be reimbursed from
fund #2232 Interceptor Sewer Maintenance, be it hereby
RESOLVED, that the plans and specifications for the Modifications to
the Broadway Pumping Station 71-M-498A as submitted by the Commissioner of
Public Works are hereby approved, and be it further
RESOLVED, that the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby directed to
advertise for bids on this improvement.
