Frasson Cement Companq, Contractor for the 1970 Annual Sidewalk Contract
District No. 3, has been substantially completed, and
WHEBEAS, Said Cvntractor requests a portion of the 5X retained under
the contract fram estimates for work done, be paid in advaace of the final
completion of the contract, and
WHEREAS, The Co�issioner and Chief Engineer of the Department of
Public Works, approve the paymeat at this ti�e of $8,000.00 of the $10,211.22;
therefore be it
' RESOLVED, That the proper City Officials be arid theq are hereby suthor-
ized to paq an estimate in the amount of $8,000.00 from the retained per-
ceatage of $10,211.22 to said contractor; and be it
� FUBTHER RESOLVED, That this resolutioa shall have no force or effect
unless the Sureties on the Contractor's bond consent thereto in �riting and
