3 570 N. Ashbury #106A for the Employee Assistance Program. A copy of this agreement is to be kept on
4 file and on record in the Office of Financial Services.

to meet the needs of police officers, police employees, and family members.

Lease Addendum \o. 1
ALL TERMS and conditions of the lease beriveen Hamline Park Plaza Parfnershig,
representing the Owners (Landlord) and St Paul Police Departmene, Em�lovee
Assistance Prog�, a City of St. Paul funded program (Tenant) signed on 18th of
January, 2000 will remain in full force and effect throu�h this addendum signed
, 2002, except for the following:
TERM
The term of this addendum shail be from Februars 1. 2003 to Juiv 31, 2005 unless
earlier terminated as provided in the lease.
RENT
For the entire rent period from February 1, 2003 to Ju1�31. 2005, Tenant shall pay as a
Monthly Gross Base Rent for the demised premises, u ith out any set-off or deduction, the
sum of 9��, in advance, on the first day of each and every calendar month throughout
the thirty (30) month lease addendum term.
OFFER TO LEASE TERMTNATION DATE:
This offer to extend the lease term of suite 106A will autamatically expire, if two (2)
signed original copies of this lease addendum are not returned to Landlord on or before
August 3ls`, 2002.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Landlord and the Tenant have executed this lease
addendum as of the date above written.
