WHEREAS, The City of St. Paul per C.F. 251076 did apply to the Governor's
Commission on Crime Prevention and Control for a grant to implement a Dayton's
Bluff Youth Action Program, and
WHEREAS, The �Governor's Commission for Crime Prevention and Control has
made a grant for this project, and
WHEREAS, The City of St. Paul has entered into a grant agreement with
the State Planning Agency, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That a special revenue fund be established for the deposit and
disbursements of all funds in regard to this program, and further be it
RESOLVED, That the fund shall be known as the °fDayton's Bluff Youth
Action Program Fund" and further be it
RESOLVED, That the City Comptroller shall assign a fund number.
