The owner of record is Eleanor A. Herald and the legal description of the property is Lot 11, Block 2, Matz's Subd.. of Wilkin & Heywords Oatlots. A recent inspect ion indicates that the building is a frame structure with stucco exterior. The exterior is in poor condition, revealing the scars left by two fires. There are holes in the roof and the roof joists are badly burned. The interiorsof all rooms have been badly damaged by the fires. The electrical system was devastated by the fires. The subject property has been boarded up by the owner since August 20, 1970. Inasmuch as the conditions outlined above constitute a public hazard and the owner has made no attempt to satisfactorily repair the damage despite our warnings, it is the recommend.ation of this bureau that this matter be referred to the City Attorney's office for razing and removal through District Court proceedings. ry rul o s R bert L.
