Whereas, The final costs for the improving of Edgcumbe Road
from Munster to Hampshire, Comptroller's Contract L-7075 have
been determined, and
Whereas, Upon final allocation of funds from which the above
improvement was to be paid, it was found that the amount originally
set up for its financing is insufficient to meet the final costs
and that an additional amount of $3163.74 will be required, therefore
be it
Resolved, that the amount of 53163.74 be applied from the 1968
MSA Suspense Fund to finance the additional cost of the above improve-
ment.
