- Honorable Mayor and Members of the City. Council:
j Proceedings of the St, Paul City Council last Friday, January 29,
indicate a negative attitude toward mass transit in ouY metropol- -
itan area. In my opinion, this attitude does not fairly represent
your desire to face the problems conaected with expaudiag population, .
more buildings and more traffic in our area.
