C NCIL RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM

WHEREAS� The Council of the City of Saint Paul, by its
Resolution, C. F. No. 17287, approved September 30, 1970, ratified
the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for constructing a
public storm sewer in Canfield Avenue from a point 437 feet more or
less west to Hamline Avenue; also in Albany Avenue from a point 682
feet more or less west to Hamline Avenue; also in Como Avenue from
a point 836 feet more or less west to Hamline Avenue; also in Hamline
Avenue from Canfield Avenue to a point 607 feet more or less south
of Wynne Avenue, all to be known as the Hamline-Como Storm Sewer
- (5-1306); also construct a public storm sewer in West Jessamine
Avenue from Hamline Avenue to a point 681 feet more or less west of
Hamline Avenue; also an easement from a point being 681 feet more or
less west of the 'G�fest �.ine of Hamline Avenue to a point �eing 350
feet more or less south to an existing drainage pond on City of Saint
Paul property, all to be known as the Hamline Avenue�Midway Stadium
Draina.ge Pond (5-1175)� and by said Resolution� determined tha.t the
assessment shall be payable in five equal installments; and
WHEREAS! The owner of the real property described as: subject
to highway, roads and easements; and except part south of Brewster
Street of West 1,17.0 feet of South 332 feet of North 1,256 feet of
Northwest qua.rter; the South 1/2 of the North 1/2 of said Northwest
quarter in Section 27, Township 29 North, Range 23 West, has re-
quested tha.t the City Council extend the time for pa.yment of the
above-ratified assessment as it applies to the real property described
therein so as to be pa.yable in twenty eqv.a.l installments; now, there-
fore, be it
RESOLVED, Tha.t the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby
extend the time for payment of assessments for the above improvement
as it applies to the following described property so as to be pay-
able in twenty equal installments: subject to highway, roads and
easements; and except part south of Brewster Street of West 1,170
feet of South 332 feet of North 1,256 feet of Northwest quarter; the
South 1/2 of the North 1/2 of said Northwest quarter in Section 27,
Township 29 North, Ra.nge 23 West.
