WHEREAS� The Council of the City of Saint Paul, by its
Resolution, C. F. 172504, approved May 28, 1970, ratified the
assessments for the benefits, costs and expenses for grading and
surfacing with bituminous material and construct concrete curb and
gutter on Marion Street from Nebraska. Avenue to La.rpenteur Avenue,
Hoyt Avenue from Marion Street to Rice Street, and Woodbridge Street
from Hoyt Avenue to Wheelock Parkway, and also, construct water
service connections and sewer service connections in connection
therewith; and the said resolution provided tha.t the assessment be
and is determi_ned to be payable in five equa.l installments; and
WHEREAS, The owner of Lots 28, 29, and subject to widened
La.rpenteur Avenue, Lots 30, Block 3, Rice Street Villas, has re-
�uested that the City Council extend the time for paying the said
assessment as it pertains to the said real estate to twenty equa.l
installments; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, Tha.t the Council of the City of Saint Paul does here-
by determine tha.t the assessment ratified by the City Council� by
its Resolution C. F. 172504, approved Ma.y 28, 1970, as it pertains
to Lots 28, 29� and subject to widened La.rpenteur Avenue, Lot 30�
Block 3, Rice Street Vill�as, be and is hereby determined to be pay-
� able in twenty equa.l installments.
