WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides for pa.y-
ment for overtime work; and
WHEREAS, The Corporation Counsel ha.s authorized overtime
during the period July 28 through July 30, 1971; now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVEDs That the proper City officers are hereby authorized
to pay the employee who performed such overtime work in accordance
with the provisions of Ordina.nces No. 6446 and No. 3250.

Due to vacations and shortage of manpower, there was an
overload in preparing the necessary procedures in court trials.
I worked overtime on July 28th (4: 30—'7:30) ; July 29th (4: 30-6: 30) ;
and on July 30th (4: 30-8: 00) .
The total of wages earned for this overtime amounted to
�35. 94.
