In the Matter of improving CO�TCORD (West Roadway) from Curtice to Annapolis (City
Project P-0456B2A) as follws: Remove the existing wood block surfacing; construct
a bituminous overlay; construct storm water drainage facilities; and do all other
work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement,
under Preliminary Order 255145 approved Autzust 4, 1971
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered sai� report, hereby resolves:
1. That the sa.id report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to improve CONCORD (C+lest Roadway) from Curtice to Annapolis (City Project P-0456B2A)
as follaws; Remove the existing wood block surfacing; construct a bituminoua overlay;
construct storm water drainage facilities; and do all other work which is necessary
and incidental to co�nplete said improvement,
with no alternatives, and that the estim�ted cost thereof is $ 25,.460.00
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 21gt day of
Se�tember, 1971 , at the hour of 10 o'cicek A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, sta.ting the time and place of.
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cast thereof as estimated.
