COUNCIL RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM

WHEREAS� An Ordinance granting permission to the Port Authority
of the City of Saint Paul to construct, operate and ma.intain 18
mooring anchors on the Northerly side of the Mississippi River
in the right-of-way easement fbr Warner Road according to plans
and specifications on file in the Department of Public Works, ha.s
been introduced to the Council of the City of Saint Paul and will
be adopted on August 24, 1971; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED� That pending the effective date of said ordinance,
the Commissioner of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed
to issue a permit to the Port Authority of the City of Saint Paul
to construct, operate and maintain said moorings according to the
plans on file with the Department of Public Works, subject to the
same conditions and requirements as are set forth in said ordinance
pending before the Council of the City of Saint Paul, said informal
approval for the construction, operation and maintenance of said
moorings being hereby given in anticipation of the fina.l adoption
and approval of said ordina.nce.
