RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to cause sidewalk to be reconstructed because of
incorrect grade at the locatioa listed below by the Area Cement Company
under their annual Sidewalk Contract for District No. 3, known as Comp-
troller's Contract L-7382, at a cost not to exceed $175.00 based on the
unit price bid for monolithic concrete sidewalk and other work incidental
thereto, which cost is to be charged to the P. I. R. FUND - CODE 6000 and
this same fuad to be reimbursed from 0920-701
On the south side of Maryland Ave. between Walsh St. and Greenbrier
St. abutting Lot 3, Block 15, Oakville Park Addition - otherwise known as
728 East Maryland Avenue.
