1 IT IS RESOLVED that the City of Saint Paul enter into MnlDOT Agreement No. 83659 with the State of
2 Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes:

4 To provide for payment by the State to the City of the State's share of the costs of the Saint Peter
5 Street - Rondo Avenue storm water relief sewer outlet reconstruction and other associated
6 construction to be performed on Shepard Road between Ontario Street and Jackson Street near
7 Trunk Highway No. 5 within the corporate City limits under State Project No. 6201-77.

9 IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the Director of Pubiic Works are authorized to
10 execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.

[he storm wa[er flow in [his sewer is genera[ed from MnDOT Righ[-of-Way. MnDOT has agreed to pay a shaze of the construction cost.
