WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul purcha.sed for Loeb Lake Park the
property located at 1211 Loeb Street described as Lots 5, 6, and 7,
Block 2, Como Prospect Addition, pursuant to purchase agreement s�tting
forth the terms and conditions of sale between the City and the seller,
Constance G. Logajan, and
WF�REAS, T�e seller retained the buildings for movin� at her own
cost and expense and the amount of �2,000.00 wa.s retained by the City
from the award pending removal of the buildings in conformance with the
terms and conditions of sale, and
WHEREAS, The City Architect has advised the City Valuation Engineer
that the buildings have been removed and site work completed in conformance
with the terms and conditions of sale, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and
directed to pay to Constance G. Logajan the amount of $2,000.00 which had
been retained f�om the award for the subject property pending conforma.nce
with the terms and conditions of sa1e.
