RESOLVED� Tha.t the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby concur in the recommendation of the Model Neighborhood
Planning Council, and does hereby approve Agreement between the
City of Saint Paul, acting through its Model Cities Department,
and Williams/O�Brien Associates, Inc. , said Agreement pertaining
to the development of a Comprehensive Plan for the Model Cities
Department relating to the Northeast Qua.drant of the Summit-
University Neighborhood Development Project Area, for a total
not to exceed the sum of $�5,000.00; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED� Tha.t the Mayor, Director of Model Cities
Department, City Clerk, and Comptroller are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the said Agreement on beha.lf of the City of
Saint Paul.
