WHEREAS� The City of Saint Paul acted as Grantee on beha.lf
of the Saint Paul O.I.C. for the Saint Paul Narcotics Reha.bilita-
tion Center; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Ma.yor is hereby authorized and directed
to make application on beha.lf of the City of Saint Paul to the
State of Minnesota Governor's Commission on Crime Prevention and
Control for 2nd Year Funding of the Saint Paul O.I.C. 's Narcotic
Rehabilitation Center, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to
transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the Governor's
Crime Commission.
