RBLIEF SYSTEM, City Project No. 69-5-0475C, McDonald & Associates, Inc., Contractcr,
the specified date of completion is November 30, 1970, and
WHSREAS, The Contractor did not complete the contract bq said date of oompletion,
therefore be iC
RFSOLVED, That the proper City Officials be and they are hereby authorized and
directed to execute an amendment to said contract egtending the time of oom�letion
to Jnne 15, 1971, provided however, that this resolution shall have no force or
effect unless the snreties on the Contractor's bond cons�nt thereto and file such
consent in writing with the City Comptrnller, and be it
FETRTHER RESOLVED, That the City of Saint Patal hereby waives all claim for
liquidsted daaages and that no enginearing and inspection oosts on this project
will be charged to the Contractor for such extended period.
