WHEREAS, The total addition is $10,438.75, and the Com�nissioner of Public Works
has agreed with the Contractor that the amount of $10,438.75 is the correct sum to
be added to said contract, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council approves the
foregoing additions made in accc�rdanc� with the Specifications in the sum of
$10,438.75, said amount to be added to the lump sue� oonsideration named in the
contract, known as Comptroller's Contract L-7265, and which amount is to be
financed from 1971 I.ocal Improvement Fund 0920.
