In the Matter of recoastructing the sidewalk and replaee with integral curb and ,

imately 60 feet and on the south side of Seventh 3treet from 3ixth 3treet to the
east app'roximately 75 feet abuttiag Lot 10, Block 2, R�.ae and Irvine'a Addition and
by doing all other work which is necesaarq and incident�l to complete said improve-
ment,
under Preliminary Order 255009 approved Julv 22, 1971
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recammends is
to reconstruct the side�alk and replace with integral curb and sidewalk on the
north �ide of Sixth Street frt� Seventh Stre�t to the e�st approximatelq 60 feet
and on the south side of Seventh Street from Sixth Street to the east approxi�atelq
75 feet abutting Lot 10, Block 2, Rice aad Irvine's Addition and by doing all other
vork which is necessary and incidental to co�plete said improvement, except where good
and sufficient poured sidewalks now exist,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 1.50 per sq ft for inte. curb and Walk
Resolved Fur�her, That a public heaxing be had on said improvement on the 14th day of
September, 1971 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
