Also, temporary con- struction easements on a strip of land 10 fe�t wide on each side of the above des- cribed 20 foot p�rmanent easement, said temporary easements to ter�inate on January 1, 1972. These easements being necessary for the construction of the Mount Hope-Baker Relief 5ystem (S-1417) under Preliminary Order_ 253978 approved Max 11, 1971 The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner .of Finance upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: � 1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. � 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is to conde�n and take a 20-foot permanent sewer easement for utility purposes on, over, across and through that part of Lc�ts l, 2 and 3, Block 27, Bro��a and Jacksan'B _ _.. _ Addition to West St. Paul located in the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 8, Tawnship 28 North, Range 22 Weat, the centerline of said easement being 80 feet Northerly of and parallel to the East-West quarter line of said Sec- tiou 8, extending from a line 14 feet Northeasterly of and parallel to the South- westerlq line of said Lot 3, to a line in said Lot 1, 100 feet Southwesterly of snd : parallel to the North line of said Block 27. Also, temporary conatruction easements on a strip of land 10 feet wide on each side of the above described 20 foot per- manent ease�nt, said temporary easements to terminate on Januarq 1, 1972. These easements being necessary for the construction of the Mount Hope-Baker Relief System (S1417) with no alternatives, and that the estimated coat thereof is $ 5�0.�� Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the l�.ti, day of S�tpmhP*'r 7971 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cast thereof as estimated.
