WHEREAS, The Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property
Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 (P.L. 91-646), ena.cted Janua.ry
2, 1971, requires assurance from the City of Saint Paul tha.t the
City will meet the re uirements of the said �ct with respect to
(1) displacement and �2) land acquisition within the meaning of
the said Act; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED� That the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation and
Public Buildings is hereby authorized and directed to execute on
behalf of the City of Saint Paul, as it pertains to the City's
Frost La.ke Recreation Site (2nd stage acquisition), Assurance and
Binder with respect to compliance with the relocation requirements
of Section 210 and the land acquisition requirements of Tit1e III
of said Act; and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to transmit
certified copies of this resolution to the Department of Housing
and Urban Development and to attest the signa.ture of the Assurances
and Binders executed by the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation
and Public Buildings.
