Condemning and taking an underground easement described as the area 20 feet
either side of a line cort�nencing at the cente�line of Maria at the westeriy
; property line of Lot 5, Block 8, Suburban Hilis Addition. Thence across lots 5,
� 6, 7, 8 and g of said Block 8 a distance of 230 feet more or less atong the
centerline of Maria Avenue exter,ded to the sou�therly property line of said Lot 9;
and limitec� between thz elevations of 52.00 feet and 76.00 feet both according
to the CiCy datum which is 694. 1 feet above sea level .
. Condem�ing and taking an underground easement described as the area 20 feet
either side of a line cammencing at the centeriine of Urban Place at the southerly
� Right-of-way line of Mounds Bouievard; thence across the land originally platted
i as lot i7, Block 15, Suburban Hills Addition, now vacated along the centerline
! of Urban Place extended to the established Harbor Line of the Mississippi River
and timited between the elevations of-4.0 feet to 26.00 feet both according to
the City datum which is 694. 1 feet above sea level . These easements being
necessary for the construction of the Maria-Third Storm Sewer System (S-1438) .
Condemning artd taking an underground easement described as the area 20 feet
either side of a line commenci�g at the centerline of Mar1a at the westerly
pro�erry line af Lot 5, Black 8, Subu,rtaan Hills Addition. Thence across l�ts 5,
6, 7, 8 and 9 of said Block 8 a distance of 230 feet more or less along the
tenterline of Maria Avenue extended to the southerly property lin� of said Lot 9;
and limited betwe�n the eleva;ions of 52,00 feet and 76.00 feet both according
ta the City da�um which is b94. 1 feet above �ea lev�t .
