WHEREAS, The Comnissioner of Public Safety and the Bureau of Health
have submitted investigation and inspection reports pertaining to the hereinafter
described properties, copies of which are attached her�to and made a part
hereof;
WHEREAS, The Council finds that the conditions described in the hereinafter
described properties constitutes nuisance which threaten the public peace,
health and safety; and
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section 374 of the Charter of the City of Saint
Paul and Sections 265.52 and 265.35 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code,
24 hours` notice has been given to the owner, occupant, or agent of each
of such properties c�manding the abatement and removal of such nuisances;
now, the refore, be i t
RESOLVED, That upon the recomnendation of the Comnissioner of Public
Safety, the Comnissi oner of Publ i c Works is hereby di rected to summari ly
and forthwith remove the said nuisances from the following described properties:
524 Ashland - Lot 5, Block 15, Woodland Park Addition
Yard has high weeds, refuse on the ground, garbage and rubble and old furn�ture
i n the garage.
900 Aurora - Lot 11 , Block 2, Milton's Add�tion �
Grass and raany weeds are up to three feet hf gh in yard and on boulevard. Tree
limbs, auto tires, old fencing, broken glass on ground in rear and side yard.
944-946 Laurel - Lot 6, Block 30, sumnit-Park Addition
Rubbish in yard. Weeds of rank growth. Rubbish in house.
171 Milford - West 33' di the East 66' , Lots 1 , 2, 3, Block 4, Gra�y's Addition
Garbage and rubbish on the ground. Cellar piled with rubbish.
877 Marion - Lot 2, Block 13, Lewis Second Addition
Weeds of rank growth,
879 Saint Anthony - Lot 26, Block 4, Milton's Addition
Rank grbwth of weeds and grass. Old broken lumber, broken glass, tin cans and
other rubbish in the yard.

FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Safety
is directed to ascertain the cost of such removal and to forward
the same to the County Auditor on or before October 1 of the
year in which ascertained for collection in the same manner as
taxes against said properties.
