In the Matter of reconstructing the sidswalk on the sou�hWest side of Como Avenue
from Topping Street to Western Avenue and by doing all other work which ia neceasary
and it�cideatal to co�nplete said imprc�e�nt,
under Preliminary Order 253720 approved As�ril 22, 1971
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reco�etruct the sidewalk on the �outl�west side �f Camo Avenue from Topping
Street to Western Av�nue and by doing all other vork whieh is neceasary and inci-
dental to co�aplete said improvement, except where good aad eafficient poured
sidewalka naw exist,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is � 1.60 per lin ft for S' wide walk
$ 3.20 per lin ft �or 6' Wide walk
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the_�th day of
September, 1971 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hail Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, sta.ting the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
