The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File No. 253219 approved
March 24th. 19�_reletive to reconstructing th - sid �al nd r -pl_a�
with integral curb and sidewalk on both sides of So. Wabasha St. from Isabel St.
to Congress St. and by doing all other work which is necessarv and incidental to
complete said improvement.

1. The es imated cost thereof is $4.40 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk
