To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of St, Paul:
The Co�mnissioner of Pnblic Works, having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File Noe 253223 approved
March 24th. 19 71 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk and replacing with
inte�ral curb and sidewalk on the south side of Concord St. from Onega St. to Con-
gress St. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete
said improvement.
