WHEREAS, Ordinance No.3250 authorizes and pravides f or
payment f or avertime work, and
WHII2.�AS, the Commissioner of Public Utilities has
suthorized overtime work in the Water Department during the
period from .71i1y 24, 1971 to Angust 6, 1971: therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officers ard hereby author-
ized to pay the employees who performed such overtime work in
accordance with the provisions of Ordinances No. 6446 and No.
3250.
