WHEREAS, Ordinance �to. 3250 authorizes and provides for pa�yment for
overtime work, and
WNEREI�S, the Ccxnmissioner of Public Safety has authorized overtime
work in his department (Bureau vf Health) during the period from July 24,
1971 to August 6, 1971 : therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper city officers are hereby authorized to pay the
employees who performed such overtime work in accordance with the provisions of
Ordinance No. 6445 and No. 3250.
