Public Works will be reconstructing the atley in late sum�ner or early fall in conjunction with a nearby Residential Street Revitalization project These resolutions would se the date for the public hearing to ratify the damages awarded for the acquisifion of the easement rights, an then ratify the awazd of damages. VANTAGESIFAPPROVED: The City wiil be able to acquire the necessary easement rights for the e�sting alley and reconstruct the alie in the late snmmer or fall.
