Per F5na1 Order CF O1-1252, the CiTy seeks to acquire the necessary easement rights across two residential
properties where an alley presentiy e�sts. Public Works will be reconstructing the atley in late sum�ner or
early fall in conjunction with a nearby Residential Street Revitalization project These resolutions would se
the date for the public hearing to ratify the damages awarded for the acquisifion of the easement rights, an
then ratify the awazd of damages.
VANTAGESIFAPPROVED:
The City wiil be able to acquire the necessary easement rights for the e�sting alley and reconstruct the alie
in the late snmmer or fall.
ISADVANTAGES IF APPROVCD:

ISADVANTAGES IF NOT APPROVED:
The City will be unable to reconstruct the existing atley for lack of the proper easement rights across the
two residential properties where the alley is not platted.

payable; and also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property from the making of said improvement,

RESOLVED, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.

confirmauon of the award of damages made by the Director of Technology and also upon the said assessment of
benefits; at the Council Chamber, in the Couft House in the City of St. Paul on the 4th dav of September at 530
