RESOLVED, Tha.t the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby approve Agreement between the City, the Ramsey County
Welfare Board, and the County of Ramsey pertaining to the use by
the City of the Computer Facilities and personnel operated by the
Ramsey County Welfare Board and for the benefit of the City's
Municipal Information System Bureau.

1971, by and between the City of Saint Paul, hereinafter referred
to as "City"s the Ramsey County Welfare Board, hereinafter re� �
ferred to as "Weli'are Board"; and the County of Ramsey, hereinafter
referred to as "Co��.nty";

t�1HEREAS, The City of Saint Paul, acting through ii�s i�lunicipal
. Information Syst�e�n Bureau., is developing a Hum�.n Reso�.rces D�VEJ_O�-
, ment �Subsystem under a grant Agreement with the United States
Depax�ment of_ Housing and Urban Developme�t, and as a �part of said
Agreeme�l: wil7_ require the services of the Welfare Board as i�:.
perta�_ns to the use of the computer equipment and personnel
employed by said Welfare Board; and
T�IHEREAS , The Welfare Board and County agrce tn provide suci�.
services in accordance with the rates set forth in this Agrecment
for the term set forth hereinafter, and agree that they nav� the
capacity and tim� to supply such services to the City as needed;
NOTrJ�, THEREFOizE, IT IS AGREED, By and bet�oeen the City,

2 . This Agreement shall continue in force a�d effect for a
period of three (3) years co�l�ncing on the day and year first
above written.
3. City agrees to reimblirse Welfare Board for services
rendexed hereunder within thirty (30) days of receive of an item-
ized stai�ement for services rendered during the preceding month.
Charges for services shall be in accordance with the attached
schedule of charges.
