all labor, materials, equipment and services neeessary or incidental
to the BITUMINOUS WORK at Langford Park, located between Langford
Park West and Langford Park East, 5aint Pau1� Minnesota, for the
Department of Parks, Recreation & Fublic Buildings� to ST. PAUL
3HEET ASPHALT CO. for the contract price of $4�555.00 (Plus En-
gineering and Inspection - 5455.00) as a result of Formal Bid #4698
and the specifications ineorporated therein. St. Paul Sh�et Asphalt
Co. being the lowest responsible bidder under the specifications and
the Corporation Counsel is hereby directed to draft the proper for
of contract and obtain the necessary performance and payment bond�.
The proper City officials are hereby authori�ed to execute said
�antract on behalf of the City of St. Paul.
