That the Council hereby grant permission to the Osman Temple
to hold a Shriners Parade in the downtown area of Saint Paul on
Friday, September 10, 1971, at 12 noon.
The route will be as follows: Market to 4th to Wabasha to
7th to Cedar to Kellogg. To terminate at Hilton Hotel area.
