between the City of Saint Paul and Peoples Electric Co. , said contract for
the Electrical Construction of the Saint Paul Civic Center Multi-Purpose
Arena Building, and. said extra to cover electrical feeder capacity to serve
Trane comfort refrigeration chi.11ers, said work having been requested by
the Civic Center Authority and agreement made with the contractor and a
memorandum of said agreement having been filed with the Comptroller and
countersigned. by him. Charge to 6000-605 to be reimbursed from 7420-460.
