WHER�AS, Additions and deductioas might prove to be neceasary iu
the i�provement described as the CONSTBUCTION OF AN ORNAI�NTAL LIGHTING
SYSTEM ON MARYLAND AVSNUE (Minn. E-2, Census Tract 9 and 10), Comptroller's
Contract L-9010, and
WHBREAS, it has been found necessarq to m�ke tl�e following additions,
to wit:
ADDITION: City Force Work $785.00
said addition beiag necessary to properly complete Comptroller's Contract
L-9010, and
WHEREAS, The total addition 3s $785.OU, aow, therefore, be it
RLSOLVED, That the City of Saint Paul, throu�h the City Cotmcil,
approves the fore�oiag addition in the sum of $785.00, said a�ount to be
added to the City Force Work consideration named in the contract, icnown as
Camptroller's Caatract L-9010, and the addition is to be financed by Capital
Improvement Boads No. 9069.
The Conm�issioner of Public Utilities has agreed that the sum of
$785.00 is the correct suouat to be added to the above contract.
