WEEREAS, the City Council, by its Resolution, C.F.
252178, approved agreement between the City and the �iousing
and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul pertaining
to the City' s Code Enforcement Program; and
WSEREAS, both parties wish to continue and expand the
Iiousing Authority' s services to the City for a period commencing
as of January 1, 1972, for a period of 18 months; now, therefore,
be it
RE30LVED, 2'hat the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby approve agr�ement between the City and the Housing
Authority whereby the Authority will provide technical as-
sistance to the City as part of the City' s Code Enforcement
Program, as more particularly set forth in said agreement, a
copy of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk; and
be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor, City Clerk, and Comptroller
are hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the
City of Saint Paul.

The Authority shall submit all reports and in�armation reguested by the City. �

The City shall provide all necessary office facilities and work materials. The
Authority� a�rees to .use the_office space at ].001 Payne Avenue now provided by the City.
The City, ho-w�ever, agrees to obtain the prior ti�ritten consent of the Authority as to
ar�y change in -the location of oftice facilities. �
2. TIME OF P�RFOItt�'it�.210E. The services of �he Au�hority are to commence as of
Januar; ls 1972, a.nd sliall be under��ken and ccr;�pleted in such sequence as to assur�
thei.r c�:pecli.�ious complet-i�n in Xight of th� purposes of this contract; but in �ny
e�►ent, all of the ser.vices xequi.red hexeunder shal� be comgleted cvithin eighteen (1��

hereunders but in no ev�nt shall the monthly billing exceed $9,986.1�s per reonth, tt:is

The City shall reimburse those e�rployces of the Authority speci£ically set

time records and, if necessary, adjust payment for the services providecl hereunder as
