RES4LVED, That the proper �ity off�cers are hereby authorized
and directed to prepare, on behalf of the City of St. Paul , an
Agreement for Engineering Services between the City of St. Paul and
Barton-Aschman Associates, Inc. and Toltz, King, Duvall , Anderson �
Associates, Inc. for conducting the Core Area and Capitol Complex
Circulation and Distribution Study.
FURTHER, RESaLVED, That the funding for this Agreement will consist
of a $72,000 Federal Grant from the Urban Mass Transportation Admini-
stration and $30,000 from the Public Works Project Contingency Fund
which will be credited to the Special Reve�ue Fund entitled "Downtown
Transportation Study" Code 32�5.
