WHEREAS, C. F. 256248, approved November 5, 1971 , authorized the City
of St. Paul to enster into an agreement with the City of Minneapolis regarding
disposition of co,�s, expenses and responsibilities regarding the grading
and paving of Kasota Ave. , Comptroller's Contract L-7474 now therefore
be it
RESOLVED, that the above mentioned Council Resolution be amrended to show
the following costs and financing of this project.
