WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides for
payment for overtime work, and
WHEREAS, The Commissioner of Public Safety has authorized
overtime work in his department (Fire) during the year 1971 which
will be paid on the payroll period from December 11, 1971 to
December 24, 1971; therefore be it
RESOLVED: `That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to pay the employees who performed such overtime
work in accordance with the provisions of Ordinances No. 6446
and No. 3250.
