WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides for payment for
overtime work, and
WHEREAS, the Ccxnmissioner of Public Safety has authorized overtime
work in his department (Bureau of Health) during the period from December 11 ,
1971 to Dece�er 24, 1971 : therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper city officers are hereby authorized to pa�y the
employees who performed such overtime work in accordance with the provisions of
Ordinance No. 64'�5 and No. 3250.
