and obtain frama the Minnesota Departm�n� of Highways, en�i.neering and
techn3.ca1 services; now, therefore, be it
RESOI,VED, That pursuant to sta�utory authority, the City Engineer
for and on behalf of the City of St. Paul is hereby authorized to
request and obtain frarn the Minnesota Department of Hi�hways, needed
engine�ring and technical services dur3.ng the y�eax 1972, for wh3.ch
pa,y:ment will be made by the City upon receipt of v�erified �lal�� from
the Ccm�.i.ssioner of H3ghways; and be it
FURT�R RESOI,VED� That the total cost for these services shall
not exceed $10,000.00 arid tha.t such costs shall be chaxged in all
cases to related and specific projects.
