In the matter of �
' Condemning and taking an underqround easement described as the area 20 feet
; either side of a line commencinct at the centerline of Maria at the westerly
property line of lot 5, Block 8, Suburban Hilis Addition. Thence across ;
lots S, 6 , 7, 8 and 9 of said Block 8 a distance of 230 feet more or less '
' alonq the centerline of Maria Avenue extended to the southerly property
line of said Lot .9; and limited between the elevations of 52•�� feet and
76.00 feet both according to the City datum which is 694. 1 feet above sea
level .
Also, condemninq and taking an underqround easement described as the area
I 20 feet either side of a line commencing at the centerline of Urban Place
at the southerly right-of-way line of Mounds Boulevard; thence across the

vacated, along the centerline of !!rhan Place extended a distance of 210

Inter above sea level ; also condemnin� and taking a permanent sewer easement -�
Fina] commencing at the point mentioned above at 210 feet southerly of the point
of beqinninq and 20, feet either side of the same centerline of Urban Place
extended, proceed to the established Harbor Line of the Mississippi River.

of damages awarded for the taking of the land or ea,sements therein appropriated for the above im-
provement and to whom payable; and also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property
from the making of said improvement, therefore be it
F�esolved, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
Resolved further�, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a con-
firmation of the award.of damages made by the Commissioner of Finance, and also upon the said as-
sessment of benefits; at the Council Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the
�ineteeeth �� nf .ianua,-�, 19�9 _.__, �,t ten o'clock A.M, and that the Commis-
sioner of Finance be and he is directed to give notice of said hearing as prescribed by the Charter.
