TOTAL NET ADDITI�N TO CONTRACT = $160.00
and
WHEREAS, The total net addition is $160.00, and the Commissioner of Public Works
has agreed with the Contractor that the amc�unt of $160.00 is th� correct sum to be
added to said contract, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul through its Citq Council approves the fore-
going additions made in accordance with the Specif ications in the sum of $16U.00, said
smount to be added to the lump sum consideration named in the contract known as Comp-
troller's Contract L-74?8, and which amou�t is to be f inanced by the City's Share of
Local Improvements, 092U-461.
