WHEREAS� The Council of the City of Saint Paul, by its
Resolution, C. F. 255825, approved September 23, 1971, vacated a
portion of Dakota Street lying between the Westerly right-of-way
line of Wycliff Street extended and the Easterly right-of-way line
of Raymond Avenue extended, subject to certain conditions; and
WHEREAS! The following condition was ina.dvertently omitted;.
now� therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That Resolution, C. F. 255825, approved September -
23, 1971, is hereby supplemented by adding the following condition
thereto:

"Tha.t a specific easement 30 feet in width be
retained to protect the existing sewer facilities.
No construction work is to be permi.tted within
the area of said easement without the prior written
approval of the Commi.ssioner of Public Works,"
and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED$ That the City Clerk is hereby directed to '
file a certified copy of this Resolution with the Register of Deeds
and the Registrar of Titles.
