Pra,ject Number 71-G-1950 & 71-S-1429, Robert W. Moore Company, Contractor,
the specifiad date of completion is September 1, 1971, �nd
WHEREAS, The Contractor was not able to complete the contract by
said date of compl�tion, therefore be i.t
RESQLVED, That the proper City Officials be and Chey are hereby
suthorized and directed to execute an amendment to said coatract extending
the time of caarpletion to June 15, 1972, provided however, that �his
resolutioa shall have no force or effect unless the sureties on the
����� Contractor's bond cousent thereto and file such conseat in writing with
� the Cfty Comptroll�r, and be it
FURTHER RBSOLVED, That the City af Saiat Paul hereby waives all
claim for liquidated dama�es and that ao engin�eriag and iuspectfon costs
on this project will be charged to the contractor for such extended period.
