pay an est3.mate in the amount of $15,000.00 frarn the reta,2ned percentage, amount-

FURTI�R RESOLVED, That this resolut3.on shall have no force or effect unless the
sureties on the Contractor`s bond consent thereto in writing and file such consent
with the City ComptroZler.
